Michele Scotto

    Michele F. Scotto graduated from New York University in 1975 and Brooklyn Law School in 1979. Ms. Scotto was admitted to practice law in New York in 1980 and is also admitted to practice in United States Court, Eastern District.

    Ms. Scotto’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and estate administration. She has handled commercial and residential real estate closings, leases and the underlying corporate entity development associated with these transactions. In addition she has represented institutional lenders in the financing of complex commercial and real estate projects.

    Michele Scotto also serves her clients’ personal needs in preparing Wills and Trusts tailored to the individual’s family dynamic and financial status. Moreover, she has appeared in the Surrogate Court of every county of the City of New York to handle every aspect of New York probate and estate administration from the initial filing of a petition to the final accounting and distribution to heirs and legatees. Ms. Scotto’s real estate acumen proves invaluable in settling complex estates where the sale or management of property is involved.
