Mark Scotto  

    Mark Scotto began practicing law in 2005 when he earned the coveted chance to serve as an Assistant District Attorney under the regime of the venerable Robert Morgenthau at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

    It was there where Mark was quickly promoted and gained significant trial and investigative experience in a wide range of criminal areas. His experience including developing investigations into large scale firearms and narcotics rings, specializing in identity theft, domestic violence cases, as well as violent crimes, some of which have garnered media attention. In 2008 Mark opened up his own law practice where he has continued his success as a defense attorney, assisting clients with a wide array of criminal matters, ranging from DUI to violent crimes, and has extensive trial experience in these matters.

    Mark is a graduate of Regis High School, Loyola College in Maryland, and a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami Law School in Coral Gable, Florida. In 2006, Mark was admitted to practice law in the state of New York, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (Federal). Mark is also a member of the New York County Lawyers Association.
